I have always liked toying around with fonts. I can remember the days back in middle school on the old MAC that had 15 or so fonts. It was amazing. And then in 1995, I bought my first computer. A speedy Pentium 75. And then I bought a Font CD. I had found a new hobby. My first font website was born early in 1996 out of my dingy college dorm room. It was called Fonts Unlimited. It was fun. After a few ups and downs and a lot of national and international press exposure, I bought a domain and became FontFace. Since then, FontFace has risen to the top of the font world. With thousands of downloads daily, and the web's original "Font of the Day," FontFace has been recognized as the place to find freeware and shareware fonts on the net. From PC World to Entertainment Weekly and beyond, people agree that FontFace's selection can't be beat.

FontFace? I came up with the name because I had this thing for calling people "stupidface" and "nintendoface" and other dumb names. FontFace came naturally.

Okay. I am originally from Caledonia, Michigan. That's outside Grand Rapids. And there are cows there. I graduated High School in 1995 and

left for Lansing, Michigan where I attended Great Lakes Christian College. I graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Religious Education in the field of Christian Education. (Say that a few times) After graduating, I moved to Louisville, Kentucky for an education internship at Southeast Christian Church. After a year of that, they hired me as a Children's Minister. I have the privilege of working with 4th & 5th graders as their worship leader and minister. It's an awesome job and I am extremely blessed.

About Jesus Christ. Though fonts are a love and a hobby, my first love is Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2 teaches us that we were once DEAD in our transgressions. It also teaches us that because of God's LOVE for us, he sent Christ to be a payment for that sin. That's called JUSTIFICATION - it's all about being made right again with God - and that's salvation. My faith has carried me through some tough times and God's presence has been evident to me. Write me if you need to know more.
